Found UX

UX/UI Design & UX Process Documention

Background

I took the General Assembly User Experience Design 10-week part-time course in the summer of 2018. The class explored UXD through the lens of a single project. My project idea was for a web and mobile app called Found — a tool meant to help designers collect and organize inspiration and project assets.

The idea for this project arose out my firm belief that many designers tend to be digital hoarders. I am. I frequently find myself thinking something along the lines of: "Didn't I see something like that somewhere? What was that font/color/cool poster I saw a couple of years ago? Maybe it's in an old sketchbook?? Did I save to Pinterest??? Emailed it to myself???? On my work desktop????? Home laptop?????? iPhone Screenshot??????? WHERE IS THAT THING?????????"

I apparently have a very dramatic inner monologue.
